More than 5,200 Fancards To Be Given During 2023-24 Bowl Season

University Fancards’ footprint with College Football Bowl games has grown again. This Bowl Season, eight Bowls and the College Football Playoff National Championship will utilize customized Fancards for gifts and other payment needs. More than 5,200 players, team personnel, VIPs and guests will receive a fully-customized Fancards prepaid Mastercard. 

The full list includes:

  • Military Bowl presented by GoBowling.com, Dec. 27 (Annapolis, Md.) - Virginia Tech* vs. Tulane 
  • DIRECTV Holiday Bowl, Dec. 28 (San Diego, Calif.) - Southern Cal* vs. Louisville*
  • Pop-Tarts Bowl, Dec. 28 (Orlando, Fla.) - Kansas State vs. NC State 
  • Valero Alamo Bowl, Dec. 28 (San Antonio, Texas) - Arizona* vs. Oklahoma
  • Barstool Sports Arizona Bowl, Dec. 30 (Tuscon, Ariz.) - Wyoming vs. Toledo  
  • Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl, Dec. 30 (Atlanta, Ga.) - Penn State vs. Ole Miss*
  • Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, Jan. 1 (Orlando, Fla.) - Iowa vs. Tennessee*
  • Allstate Sugar Bowl, Jan. 1 (New Orleans, La.) - Texas* vs. Washington 
  • CFP National Championship Game, Jan. 8 (Houston, Texas) - TBD

The Military, Holiday, Pop-Tarts, Alamo, Arizona, Peach and Citrus Bowls provided Fancards as part of their player gifts package. The Sugar and CFP National Championship will provide Fancards to support stadium concessions payments for each teams’ guests attending the game. 

Southern Cal, Texas and Louisville comprise part of 21 total Fancards partners who earned Bowl berths for the 2023-24 Bowl Season. The remainder of the Fancards roster going Bowling include Boise State (Starco Brands LA Bowl hosted by Gronk), Cal (Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl), Texas Tech (Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl), North Carolina (Duke’s Mayo Bowl), West Virginia (Duke’s Mayo Bowl), Texas A&M (TaxAct Texas Bowl), Oklahoma State (TaxAct Texas Bowl), Clemson (Taxslayer Gator Bowl), Iowa State (AutoZone Liberty Bowl), Auburn (Transperfect Music City Bowl), Florida State (Capital One Orange Bowl), LSU (Reliaquest Bowl), Alabama (Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential) and Michigan (Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential). 

Notably, as the the sun sets on the four-team College Football Playoff, three of the playoff semifinal participants are Fancards partners. The last time this occurred was the 2015-16 CFP with Alabama, Michigan State and Clemson, where Alabama went on to win the National Championship. Next year will see the beginning of the expanded 12-team playoff field.
